I have been a video script writer, producer, and have appeared on-camera for many different kinds of videos covering a broad range of topics. These include:

In-depth documentaries exploring fascinating people, places, and organizations throughout the Midwest. My work runs the gamut from histories of small town fire departments to the award-winning “Lambing on Raptor Ridge,” a half-hour video documentary which aired nationally on PBS and profiles an unusual farming family in Southwestern Minnesota.

Short promotional videos that present new products, concepts and points of view. These include music videos that encourage recycling as well as political spots for local candidates.

Educational and how-to videos that transform complex concepts and projects into easy, step-by-step presentations. Examples of my recent DIY project-oriented videos include how to gain more kitchen storage, how to upgrade a bathroom by replacing an outdated trim kit, and how to choose appropriate containers and plants for season long bloom.
